Before creating Luna Signature Travel, I built my career in public service. The work brought me into contact with people from many different backgrounds, each with their own circumstances, concerns, and needs.
I learned to listen closely, remain calm when situations became difficult, and look for thoughtful solutions when the obvious answer was not available. Even when the answer was not simple, I wanted people to know they had been heard and that their concerns mattered. Those experiences continue to shape the way I work today.
Travel planning requires research and organization, but it also requires patience, responsiveness, creativity, and genuine care for the people taking the journey. I bring all of those qualities to every client relationship.

I grew up in East Los Angeles as part of a large, lively extended family. Travel beyond family road trips was not part of my early life, but I loved history and learning about different countries, cultures, and the events that shaped them.
Those stories made me curious about the places beyond my own community.
I began traveling in my early thirties with a strong desire to experience what I had spent years reading about. Seeing those places for myself gave history a new dimension. I was immediately hooked, and that sense of curiosity and adventure has only grown stronger.
Travel showed me that the world I had imagined was one I could experience for myself.

One of my favorite parts of travel planning is the moment someone realizes the journey they have been imagining is truly going to happen.
Sometimes that moment arrives when we choose the destination. Sometimes it happens while we are working through the details. Other times, it comes just before departure, when the plans are complete and the excitement finally takes over.
You can often hear it in someone’s voice. That moment is one of the reasons I love this work.

I now call Orange County home, but my Los Angeles roots run deep. I come from a large and wonderfully boisterous family, and I remain a devoted Dodgers and Lakers fan.
I worked my way through college and became one of only a handful of people in my extended family to graduate. That experience strengthened my belief in working hard, giving back, and never forgetting where you came from.
I’m still endlessly curious about history, culture, and the places that bring their stories to life.
